Potential for an Aroeve Air Purifier Recall Class Action Lawsuit

Consumers affected by these recalled air purifiers may be entitled to compensation through class action litigation. Potential claims include:

  • Sale of defective air purifiers with overheating and fire hazards
  • Failure to adequately test products for fire safety before marketing
  • Marketing unsafe products that posed fire and burn risks to consumers
