What’s the Problem?
This NHTSA Recall began on Feb. 22, 2021, and affects:
- 2021 Sportsmen Classic RV
- 2021 Sportsmen Escape RV
- 2021 Sportsmen Sonic RV
These vehicles were sold with microwave circuits that were improperly connected to a 20amp circuit breaker instead of a 15amp circuit breaker. “Being connected to the wrong amperage circuit breaker may not provide adequate circuit protection, increasing the risk of a fire,” NHTSA said.
If you purchased an RV that is affected by this recall, you should stop using the microwave and contact your local KZRV dealer to schedule a free repair.
KZRV’s number for this recall is KZ-2021-01.
