Recall Details and Affected Products
The recalled products are:
- OM-TD BIKE children’s helmet – blue with dinosaur print, black padding and straps, black buckle, black adjustment knob; size small (48-52 cm head circumference); “OM-TD BIKE” and “05/2024” inside.
- OM-KSKB youth helmet – deep green with black padding, yellow straps, black buckle, black adjustment knob; size small (46-52 cm head circumference); “OM-KSKB” and “11/2022” inside.
“Outdoor Master” printed on the back of the children’s helmet and front/back of the youth helmet. Imported by Outdoor Master of Chino, California, and made in China. Sold online at Amazon.com and Walmart.com from June 2024 through February 2025. The helmets violate the mandatory standard for bicycle helmets (16 CFR Part 1203) on stability and coverage. Recall announced November 26, 2025 (CPSC No. 26-122) [1].
