What’s the problem?

March 29, 2018 – The accused, 28-year-old Mitchell Le Dac Ho of Eden Prairie, was charged in Hennepin County District Court on Monday with third-degree criminal sexual conduct in the alleged incident, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.
This new charges mark at least the 6th time that a Massage Envy client has claimed sexual assault in the Twin Cities area in the last 5 years.
In response to what Massage Envy called “heartbreaking stories of sexual assault suffered,” the company in December issued a 6-point plan aimed at protecting clients.
The plan includes annual background checks on all prospective employees, a requirement that the franchise holder provide clients with contact information for law enforcement and independent investigators; and a partnership with sexual violence experts who will work on prevention and review policies and procedures.
