What’s the Problem?
This CPSC Recall affects the following products:
- Cooper All Field – Model Numbers AF-XXX; AN-XXX; ST-750; EXP-AF-XXX; PDR-AF-XXX; PDR-EXP-AF-XXX; PDR-AN-XXX; PDR-SD-XXX; PDR-XXXXX-AF-XXX
- Cooper Prism RGBA – Model Numbers AF-RGBA; PM-RGBA; PR-RGBA; PDRXXXXX-PM-RGBA; SAM-PM
CPSC is aware of at least 3 reports of lenses falling from All Field fixtures at indoor facilities. The fixtures are typically installed at indoor and outdoor public sports venues, the agency said.
Model numbers of the recalled fixtures are located on a sticker affixed to the back of the light fixture. The fixtures were sold from January 2016 through May 2019 for between $4,000 and $5,000.
Consumers who purchased any recalled lighting fixtures should stop using them and contact Cooper Lighting Solutions for a free repair.
