What’s the Problem?
This NHTSA Recall began on Feb. 22, 2021, and affects the following Bigfoot trailers:
- 2020-2021 Bigfoot 25b25FB
- 2020-2021 Bigfoot 25B25RQ
- 2020-2021 Bigfoot 25B21FB
- 2020-2021 Bigfoot 25B21RB
These recreational vehicles were manufactured with Dometic 3 burner cooking stoves whose saddle valve securing bolts may have been overtightened, which could damage the o-ring seal and cause a gas leak, increasing the risk of a fire.
If you purchased a trailer that is affected by this recall, you should stop using it immediately and contact your local Dometic dealer to schedule a free repair.
Owners may contact Bigfoot customer service at 1-250-546-2155.
