Can I Participate in a Class Action?

Our products liability litigation group is currently not filing class action lawsuits in the Arthrex knee replacement litigation. In these cases, class actions are often disadvantageous to plaintiffs, as they typically result in low settlements and less compensation for victims of allegedly defective products and medical devices. For this reason, we are only accepting potential individual claims on behalf of injured parties. Contact our lawyers today to learn more about your legal rights.
