The recalled products are:
- X-Pro Eagle 40cc Youth ATV: Model CARTOONS; various colors; “X PRO” labels on the sides of the plastic body.
- FRP Sahara 40cc Youth ATV: Model SHR 40-RED-M; red, blue, black; “FRP” labels on the front small plastic cover and sides of the plastic body.
Manufactured in China by Yongkang Luyuan Industrial & Trading Co., Ltd., and imported by Luyuan Inc. of City of Industry, California. Sold online at Walmart.com, Powersportsmax.com, and Xprousa.com (X-Pro Eagle) and Amazon.com, Temu.com, and Frpmoto.com (FRP Sahara) from April 2025 through September 2025. The ATVs violate the mandatory standard for all-terrain vehicles. Recall announced December 11, 2025 (CPSC No. 26-148) [1].
