Supplier Contamination and Accountability

Supplement manufacturers bear legal responsibility for ensuring ingredient safety throughout their supply chains, including rigorous testing of raw materials before incorporating them into consumer products.

Legal Claims for Affected Consumers

Consumers who purchased contaminated Rosabella Moringa Capsules may pursue claims including:

  • Negligent ingredient sourcing and inadequate raw material safety testing
  • Distribution of Salmonella-contaminated dietary supplements to consumers
  • Failure to implement adequate quality control and microbiological testing protocols

  • Lost wages during illness and recovery
  • Pain and suffering from documented gastrointestinal illness

Recoverable compensation may include full purchase price reimbursement, medical expenses for diagnosis and treatment, lost income during illness, pain and suffering damages, and enhanced damages given the documented outbreak resulting in hospitalizations.
