What’s the Problem?
This CPSC Recall was issued on August 27, 2020, and affects Morpher flat-folding bicycle helmets sold in 1 size (fitting head circumference from 52 cm to 58 cm, or 20.5 to 22.8 inches) and in the following colors: Gloss or matte black, gray, red, silver, white and yellow.
The Morpher name and logo appear on both sides of the helmet. Morpher is no longer in business and is unable to conduct an official recall, CPSC said.
The recalled bicycle helmets were sold online from April 2017 through November 2019 for about $150.
Consumers who purchased a recalled bicycle helmet should stop using it and dispose of it immediately to prevent further usage.
The CPSC Recall Number for these helmets is 20-771.
