What’s the problem?

December 8, 2017 – Debra Ann Windholz, 59, was arrested and booked at the Napa County Jail on suspicion of 11 counts of arson to forest land, according to the Napa Valley Register. She is currently being held on $500,000 bail.
Officials have not released any additional details into the role Windholz is suspected of in setting the blazes except that they occurred last year and this year. She is currently being held on $500,000 bail.
Cal Fire officials said Windholz has not been linked to any of the Napa Valley and Sonoma wildfires that began in October.
Those fires destroyed about 8,400 structures, charred 160,000 acres of land, and killed at least 42 people, according to Mother Jones.
Moody’s has estimated the insured losses for property and casualty insurers from the Northern California blazes “will be among the costliest wildfires on record for U.S.”
The investigation into the cause of those fires is still ongoing, and it could still be weeks before the probe is complete and details are released.
