The recalled products are:
- KTEBO writing tablet toys – sold in sets of two, with four color variations (pink/blue, green/yellow, orange/blue, purple/red) and two sizes (8.5 inches and 10 inches), including a matching-colored stylus; manufactured in China by Banghe Guangzhou International Trade Co., Ltd., dba KTEBO, of China, and sold on Amazon.com by KTEBO.
Sold online at Amazon.com from September 2025 through October 2025. The toys violate the mandatory standard for toys due to the unsecured battery compartment screw. Recall announced December 4, 2025 (CPSC No. 26-131) [1].
Stop using the toys right away. Write “RECALLED” on the back of both tablets, take a photo, and email the photos to writing-tablet-recall@ktebo.com with “Recall Proof” and your name in the subject line for a free replacement set. Dispose of or recycle batteries per local hazardous waste procedures. Contact KTEBO via email at writing-tablet-recall@ktebo.com for questions.
