What’s the Problem?
According to an FDA Recall Notice dated 8/12/20, the following Kroger cheese dips may be contaminated with salmonella:

These cheese dips are packaged in plastic containers and were sold at Kroger stores nationwide from May 15, 2020 to August 6, 2020.
Kroger issued this recall after the company was notified by a supplier that it had received onions from Thomson International, Inc., which has been identified as the source of a 43-state salmonella outbreak that has sickened more than 640 people. It was later determined that the above cheese dips used red onions from Kroger produce departments as an ingredient.
Consumers who purchased any recalled cheese dips should discard them away or return them to the point of purchase for a full refund.
If you got sick after eating recalled dip from Kroger, you should call your doctor immediately.
