Affected Kolcraft sleeper accessories were sold at juvenile product stores and mass merchandisers nationwide from March 2011 through December 2017 for about $140.
Model numbers are located on the metal bar between the bassinets’ legs. The inclined sleeper is the only portion of the product that is being recalled.
Consumers who purchased a recalled incline sleeper accessory should stop using it immediately and contact Kolcraft for a $35 voucher or a $20 refund.
The CPSC Recall Number for these items is 21-125.
