What’s the Problem?
This NHTSA Recall began on Dec. 15, 2020, and affects:
- 2019-2021 Keystone Outback 335CG recreational trailers
- 2019-2021 Keystone Outback 340BH recreational trailers
These RV trailers were manufactured with a section of the frame rail that may have inadequate support where the draw bar is attached, NHTSA said. This problem may allow the frame rail to buckle and fail, increasing the risk of a crash.
If you purchased a trailer that is affected by this recall, you should stop using it immediately and contact your Keystone dealer to schedule a free repair.
Keystone’s number for this recall is 20-391.
