Date codes from 202409 to 202501 are on the label under the platform. Made in China and imported by LPA1, LLC (dba Little Partners) of Exton, PA. Sold at Walmart stores and online at Walmart.com, Amazon.com, Littlepartners.com, Etsy.com, Wayfair.com, Goodbyegear.com, Buybuybaby.com, and Bedbathandbeyond.com. The platform collapses due to a faulty crossbar. Recall announced November 20, 2025 (CPSC No. 26-096) [1].
