On September 10, 2026, the CPSC issued a product safety warning urging consumers to immediately stop using and dispose of all Flyboss 3-in-1 Portable Infant Bouncers due to the risk of collapse and impact injury to infants [1]. The importer, Dougllass LLC of Sheridan, Wyoming, has been unresponsive to CPSC requests for a recall or product safety information. Federal law prohibits any person from selling products subject to a CPSC safety warning of this nature.
What Product Is Affected?
The warning covers the Flyboss 3-in-1 Portable Baby Bouncer and Rocker Chair — a multi-height-setting infant bouncer sold in neutral colors including off-white, gray, and beige, with an accessory bar featuring hanging items such as a moon, star, or animal. The product was manufactured in China and imported by Dougllass LLC of Sheridan, Wyoming.
Approximately 14,200 units are affected. The recalled bouncers were sold on Amazon.com from September 2024 through August 2026 for between $40 and $110, and have also been found for sale on eBay.com.
What Is the Hazard?
The Flyboss bouncer can collapse while an infant is seated in it, causing the infant to fall and strike the underlying surface. Because infants placed in bouncers have limited ability to brace, redirect, or protect themselves during a sudden collapse, a head impact on a hard floor can cause serious injury even from a low height.
Incidents and Injuries
The CPSC is aware of 191 reports of the Flyboss bouncer collapsing while in use, including 115 incidents in which the infant’s head struck the underlying surface. At least 20 families sought medical attention for their infant following a collapse incident.
No Recall, No Remedy — What Parents Should Do
Because Dougllass LLC has been unresponsive to the CPSC’s requests, there is no refund or replacement program available for this product. Parents and caregivers should stop using the bouncer immediately, remove it from their infant’s environment, and dispose of it — the product should not be sold, given away, or donated under any circumstances.
