The recall includes these Boar’s Head products:
- EverRoast Chicken Caesar Wrap: UPC 85004224455, best-by dates 11/9/2025 to 11/22/2025.
- Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese: 6 oz, Item Code 858, Case UPC 042421-05858, sell-by dates 11/21/25 to 5/11/26.
- FS Grated Romano Cheese: Item Code 15119, Case UPC 042421-15119, sell-by dates 11/21/25 to 5/11/26.
- Pre-cut Pecorino Romano: Item Code 15160, Case UPC 042421-15160, sell-by dates 11/21/25 to 5/11/26.
The products were distributed in Kroger retail stores in Kentucky and Indiana. They are now past shelf life and out of distribution. The recall is Class I, the most serious level, due to potential Listeria adulteration. It was initiated by Ambriola Company after FDA notification, with Supreme Deli LLC assisting for supplied items. The FDA announcement was posted as a public service on or around November 2025 [1].
