The bed rails violate mandatory federal safety standards because users can become entrapped within the rail or between the rail and mattress, posing serious risk of death by asphyxiation, and one fall incident has been reported involving model 2512. Consumers should immediately stop using these white-tubed bed rails with gray foam handles, register at agrish.online/recall for disposal instructions, and contact Agrish Direct at 800-613-5998 for a full refund. KingPavonini Adult Portable Bed Rail – foldable metal frame with white or black tubing, rounded black foam rubber handle grips, and black fabric pouch; some models have support legs and motion-sensor lights; models BC-CBJ-X (32 inches wide by 21 inches high), BC-CBJ (35 inches wide by 21 inches high), BC-LDFS-X (36 inches wide by 41 inches high), LDFS-SSK (33 inches wide by 40 inches high), 04-BC-LDFS (45 inches wide by 20 inches high), BC-LDFS (45 inches wide by 44 inches high).

Made in China by Wuyi Fortune Land Sports and Leisure Products Co. Ltd., imported by Henan Kingpavonini Network Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as KingPavonini, of China. Sold online at Amazon.com from June 2024 through May 2025. The bed rails have openings that allow entrapment and lack required hazard warning labels, violating 16 CFR Part 1225. Recall announced November 26, 2025 (CPSC No. 26-109) [1].
